Hoshin Corporate Finance appoints Celso Morelli as Director of the new Working Capital Solutions area
The growth strategy of Hoshin Corporate Finance, a financial consulting firm specialized in debt advisory, continues. It does so with the creation of the new Working Capital Solutions area, which will aim to support companies in optimizing working capital, a decisive challenge in a macro-economic context in continuous transformation. It will be led by Celso Morelli, who joins the Hoshin Corporate Finance team as Director of the new division.
Morelli, born in 1974 and with a degree in Economics and Commerce, in his new role will deal with operations related to working capital, providing companies with the best tools to find and generate the resources necessary for growth. With a career of almost 20 years behind him, Morelli has extensive experience in this sector. Before joining Hoshin Corporate Finance, since 2019, he was Factoring Senior Expert — Relationship Manager at illimity. From 2014 to 2016, he also worked at Mediocredit Italiano (Intesa Sanpaolo Group), as Relationship Manager, managing portfolios of large corporate PR companies. Previously, from 2010 to 2014, he dealt with the Commercial Development of Mediofactoring Italiano (Intesa Sanpaolo Group), managing the origination, structuring and execution of factoring operations in various sectors: energy, steel, telecommunications, infrastructure.
